Active and Healthy, but the Weight's not Coming Off?

Thank you so much for being here!  I understand where you are, as I have been there.  Five years ago, I was living off of what I thought was “Healthy Food.”  Diet Dr. Pepper, Gummy Candies, Big Salty Pretzels (notice all are low fat or fat-free?), and I was working out 3-5 times per week. I ate 3 meals and little to no snacks.

After hitting rock bottom and being overweight, tired of being tired and lethargic, it was time to try something new.  Not only did I learn I had food intolerances, a friend introduced me to clean eating (eating food in it’s most natural, unprocessed form), and eating regulary.
