The other day on the way home from the store, our 8 year old son asked me to make kale chips when we got home. You know if your 8 year old son {who is a picky eater, btw!} asks for kake chips, mama is making kale chips. These are a favorite in our home so it’s only right for me to share the recipe with you.

1. Take your bunch of kale {or bunches if you are like us} and wash them well. {I use veggie spray on ours in addition to water}.
2. Dry the kale well, I place them in between towels and pat dry.
3. Turn on your airfryer to 400 and let warm up for a few minutes.
4. Take the cleaned kale and massage oil on it {olive oil, grapeseed oil, etc.}.
Sprinkle with salt.
5. Add to air fryer and cook for a few minutes.
6. After a few minutes, toss it and cook for a few more minutes until it reaches your desired level of crispness.
