About Me

 

Hi, I’m Melissa!

Thank you so much for stopping by, I’m so glad you are here!  Here is a little bit about me.  I’m a wife to my husband Chad and mama to two blessings.

It may sound insane to you that I went to school to learn how to help people learn what foods either give them energy or deplete them.  In this world of mass dieting, in this world of books that are put out on how to follow a diet that are more complicated than college applications, it broke my heart to see friends, family, and people I don’t even know saying they were either not feeling well, overweight, exhausted, living on coffee, living on sugar {fake sugar, which leads to disease.}  So I invested in this school because something has to be done.  I wanted to learn how to help people when those days for me were in the past. 

I help you get your energy back so you don’t scream, cry in the closet, watch Food Network and binge in the pantry, or go to the drive through before school because as women we are stressed and overwhelmed, and put ourselves last.  As a coach, I teach busy women simple strategies that they can fit into their busy lives because our families need it.

My passion is to help women and their families be the best they can be and be free to enjoy life!  Happy.  Healthy.  Free.  The mom you desire to be is in there, waiting to come out.  Are you ready?
